This place is the best spot in town for all your Hot Tub needs! Kirby was so helpful when I stopped by to inquire about a new hot tub cover. I decided to order a new cover and lifter and got it in 7 weeks! Getting these things made takes a little bit of time as they are custom to your hot tub. Got it installed in no time and now Im enjoying a beautiful high quality cover made right here in Canada! I highly recommend stopping at World of Hot Tubs Guelph if your looking for supplies, covers, accessories or a new hot tub! They have it all!

The hot tub is beautiful! The removal of our old tub wasn't easy, and they figured it out quickly. The installation of the new tub was also quick and easy. Plus the guys are really nice! Hopefully we're in it tonight!

We had been struggling with our hot tub throwing HH codes. In the fall we decided to just drain it for the winter to avoid frozen pipes as the HH code shuts the pump and heater off. In the spring I did as much troubleshooting as I could with Tom's kind and free advice. Finally, Tom suggested a service call. A loose wire was found in just a few moments. A new heater element was installed under warranty and the tub was quickly filled back up to test for leaks. All this was done in about an hour. We are very happy with the quality of the service. It did throw an HH code shortly after start-up. I turned the spa off at the main panel and it started up right away. At 3 a.m. it was not running on a "dy" code. This is air in the heater tube. It started it up and no codessince then. Highly recommend WOHT service department.

Extremely pleased with the service team at World of Hot Tubs in Guelph. They addressed our concern quickly and efficiently. Due to the severity of the issue , they replaced our unit under warranty without concern. Our new Bullfrog A series hot tub has an upgraded control interface. Special mention to Tom (service manager) who treated us very well. Tom is very knowledgeable and has excellent people skills. I highly recommend World of Hot Tubs in Guelph to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

Called 1 day, Simon and Tom came out the next day and replaced a 2 yr old Jacuzzi heater element…quick, easy and awesome service/price. Couldn’t be happier and will use them again and again(Kirby too!!)

If you are new or experienced hot tub/ spa owner you still need to visit this place. I had issues and imbalance with my water, went to this place and they really helped me a lot. Bunch of beauty's. Dan was over and fixed our heating element quickly and diligently. He literally found the problem in 4 minutes. The people here are extremely knowledgeable, and know their trade. Expect to wait a few days for a service call during busy season, but keep in mind a small business is limited to the resources they have available. It's always been worth the wait, and I love dealing with these kind folks. Thank you guys.

UPDATE (Nov 2/23). I still obtain my supplies from WOHT and the new owners still honour the previous owners customer discount. So today I picked up the tube water drainer gizmo and let me tell you, I should have bought this ages ago! Although my tub is easy to drain, the panel, where we have the tub situated can be a bit of a nuisance. It took less than 20mins to fully drain with this gizmo drainer thing and it suctioned out all the little pebbles at the bottom too. Another plus is the hose is long enough to drain away from house and a controlled drain so I highly recommend for any hot tub. Well worth the price. And lastly the service as always was great! Keep up the good work!ORIGINAL POST:If I could give a rating of 100 out of 5 I would!I would definitely buy from them again and I have no hesitancy in recommending to friends, family or anyone looking for a hot tub, service and after-purchase product sales.We’re new to hot tubs so I did the research on where to purchase and landed on World of Hot Tubs Guelph (WOHT). Even during the pandemic and the excessive demand for hot tubs, they were great. Chantelle was amazing on explaining things and we landed on the basic DreamMaker EZ Spa as a starter.When it arrived in stock, we weren’t quite ready and again, they were amazingly accommodating and together we found a mutually agreeable date to install.The installation was seamless. The crew were polite, professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They filled it, got the chemicals in and gave us a tutorial to keep it running smoothly. We’ve followed their guidance and it’s been wonderful to use and not complicated to keep clean.It’s a small but practical tub which is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Chantelle, Christian, Dan, Tom and everyone at WOHT, they made our experience a very pleasant one. For a very small group of staff, they take on many roles and really go out of their way to help their customers. Last week our hot tub, purchased at World of Hot Tubs, was installed and we are loving it! The delivery date was exactly what we requested and the hot tub was installed seamlessly. I really appreciated the extra care that was taken to help a hot tub rookie understand how to control the jets and how to maintain the water clarity. In addition, Tom also trimmed the sheet of pink insulation that we had placed under the tub while we were waiting for the hot tub to fill. How helpful! There was one small problem with a pillow stud which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. What GREAT service. Thank you!

Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars...We purchased our hot tub from World of Hot Tubs in 2011, and have experienced nothing but amazing service ever since. The installation of our hot tub in the spot we needed it in our yard was very tricky, and they placed it perfectly. Every interaction since then has been a pleasant experience with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service from everyone we have dealt with. Prices are very fair (we have checked a few times just for comparison, and always purchased from World of Hot Tubs). Recently we had an issue with the control panel, and Christian and Tom went way above and beyond to help us deal with the issue.Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I would not go to any other place to buy my next hot tub. I bought a simple plug and play used hot tub and they treated me like I had bought the most expensive model in the store. Christian, Tom and all the team are amazing.
