If I could give a rating of 100 out of 5 I would!I would definitely buy from them again and I have no hesitancy in recommending to friends, family or anyone looking for a hot tub, service and after-purchase product sales.We’re new to hot tubs so I did the research on where to purchase and landed on World of Hot Tubs Guelph (WOHT). Even during the pandemic and the excessive demand for hot tubs, they were great. Chantelle was amazing on explaining things and we landed on the basic DreamMaker EZ Spa as a starter.When it arrived in stock, we weren’t quite ready and again, they were amazingly accommodating and together we found a mutually agreeable date to install.The installation was seamless. The crew were polite, professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They filled it, got the chemicals in and gave us a tutorial to keep it running smoothly. We’ve followed their guidance and it’s been wonderful to use and not complicated to keep clean.It’s a small but practical tub which is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Chantelle, Christian, Dan, Tom and everyone at WOHT, they made our experience a very pleasant one. For a very small group of staff, they take on many roles and really go out of their way to help their customers. That’s rare these days and totally appreciated.Thanks WOHT for exceeding my expectations and making my husband’s gift to him for his tired muscles and back very happy. Count on us to return when we’re ready to graduate up!

We got the hot tub delivered earlier than expected. They help you understand how to take care of your tub and are glad to answer all your questions. Great service after the sale. Great guys. Service is number one thing I look for and Tom from World of Hot Tubs is outstanding at providing it. I came in the the other day looking for some parts for a waterfall valve that was leaking and he walked me through the process of replacing them. Thanks again Tom.

Amazing customer service! Price was the best around for a quality tub with lots of extras. Even after an issue with wiring that was our fault, WOHT staff came back the next day to double check everything and finish up the tub orientation. Already recommended to a few friends that they go here for their tub.

The guys were very patient with us, going in and out multiple times over the last year. Once we decided on the model we wanted, it was nothing but great service from start to finish. Working with us through the pandemic, they were always helpful!!!Highly recommend these guys when searching for a hot tub!!! Installation was fun yet professional!!

Fantastic Customer service. Although the spa we chose ended up having some factory defects the crew at world of hot tubs were there to support us the entire time. I shopped around a lot when looking for a hot tub, and decided to purchase from world of hot tubs. I am so glad I did. They sell a high end quality product and have the BEST customer service and knowledge to go along with it. Everything from water chemistry help to speedy service and repair jobs, these guys know what they are doing. NO BS. Not to mention they are amazing, friendly people to even just pop in and chat with.Keep It Up!!

Being a hot tub owner for over 35 years I realize that Buying a hot tub is more than just buying a tub.Installation and service knowledge are very important to ensure technical and product support as your tub ages and needs servicing. Last week our hot tub, purchased at World of Hot Tubs, was installed and we are loving it! The delivery date was exactly what we requested and the hot tub was installed seamlessly. I really appreciated the extra care that was taken to help a hot tub rookie understand how to control the jets and how to maintain the water clarity. In addition, Tom also trimmed the sheet of pink insulation that we had placed under the tub while we were waiting for the hot tub to fill. How helpful! There was one small problem with a pillow stud which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. What GREAT service. Thank you!

Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars...We purchased our hot tub from World of Hot Tubs in 2011, and have experienced nothing but amazing service ever since. The installation of our hot tub in the spot we needed it in our yard was very tricky, and they placed it perfectly. Every interaction since then has been a pleasant experience with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service from everyone we have dealt with. Prices are very fair (we have checked a few times just for comparison, and always purchased from World of Hot Tubs). Recently we had an issue with the control panel, and Christian and Tom went way above and beyond to help us deal with the issue.Wouldn't go anywhere else!

LOVE my plug and play Artesian hot tub from World of Hot Tubs. I was so relieved to not have to spend the money on a gfci box and electrician, and found that over this past winter I had zero problem keeping this tub at 103. The water treatment products that WoHT carry work so much better than the stuff I used in my last hot tub. Easy peasy - never have anything but crystal clear water. (And the water in Cambridge is extremely hard.) The service from these guys was also top notch, from sales through to delivery, installation and after sales support (in the way of 'customer appreciation day' where the treatment products are discounted generously). If I had to make this purchase over again, I would 100% return to WoHT and would not hesitate to go plug and play. Great people, products and service - can't ask for more. Thank you WoHT!!!

I would not go to any other place to buy my next hot tub. I bought a simple plug and play used hot tub and they treated me like I had bought the most expensive model in the store. Christian, Tom and all the team are amazing. I keep going back to the store to buy the chemicals and test my water because it is always a pleasure to be welcome back as a friend that they know by name. I won't lie, petting Christian's gorgeous cat is the best part 😉

We recently purchased a refurbished spa but they treated us as if we had bought a brand new one. Both pre and post-sale service was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely go back when it’s time to upgrade. Thank you to the entire crew at World of Hot Tubs in Guelph! We just purchased a hot tub there, and are thrilled with the tub, but most of all the service. This company was referred to me by two close friends, and they didn't disappoint. They took the time to educate me about hot tubs, and help my wife and I decide what was best for us. They went above and beyond with the install and setup of the tub, despite unfavourable weather conditions, and rearranged their schedules on short notice to get us up and running before a weekend. I will be recommending World of Hot Tubs to all of my friends, family members, and clients. Thanks guys!!!
