UPDATE (Nov 2/23). I still obtain my supplies from WOHT and the new owners still honour the previous owners customer discount. So today I picked up the tube water drainer gizmo and let me tell you, I should have bought this ages ago! Although my tub is easy to drain, the panel, where we have the tub situated can be a bit of a nuisance. It took less than 20mins to fully drain with this gizmo drainer thing and it suctioned out all the little pebbles at the bottom too. Another plus is the hose is long enough to drain away from house and a controlled drain so I highly recommend for any hot tub. Well worth the price. And lastly the service as always was great! Keep up the good work!ORIGINAL POST:If I could give a rating of 100 out of 5 I would!I would definitely buy from them again and I have no hesitancy in recommending to friends, family or anyone looking for a hot tub, service and after-purchase product sales.We’re new to hot tubs so I did the research on where to purchase and landed on World of Hot Tubs Guelph (WOHT). Even during the pandemic and the excessive demand for hot tubs, they were great. Chantelle was amazing on explaining things and we landed on the basic DreamMaker EZ Spa as a starter.When it arrived in stock, we weren’t quite ready and again, they were amazingly accommodating and together we found a mutually agreeable date to install.The installation was seamless. The crew were polite, professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They filled it, got the chemicals in and gave us a tutorial to keep it running smoothly. We’ve followed their guidance and it’s been wonderful to use and not complicated to keep clean.It’s a small but practical tub which is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Chantelle, Christian, Dan, Tom and everyone at WOHT, they made our experience a very pleasant one. For a very small group of staff, they take on many roles and really go out of their way to help their customers. That’s rare these days and totally appreciated.Thanks WOHT for exceeding my expectations and making my husband’s gift to him for his tired muscles and back very happy. Count on us to return when we’re ready to graduate up!

Service is number one thing I look for and Tom from World of Hot Tubs is outstanding at providing it. I came in the the other day looking for some parts for a waterfall valve that was leaking and he walked me through the process of replacing them. Thanks again Tom.

World of Hot Tubs did a fantastic job for us! They went way beyond the call of duty in helping source the various trades people we needed to get our pad laid and electrical work organized to accommodate the project. They installed on time according to the tight schedule we requested. They have been both responsive and helpful all the way along. I would highly recommend them.

Being a hot tub owner for over 35 years I realize that Buying a hot tub is more than just buying a tub.Installation and service knowledge are very important to ensure technical and product support as your tub ages and needs servicing. The World of Hot Tubs ownership and staff are directly involved in providing full product support and timely service to their customers.
Last week our hot tub, purchased at World of Hot Tubs, was installed and we are loving it! The delivery date was exactly what we requested and the hot tub was installed seamlessly. I really appreciated the extra care that was taken to help a hot tub rookie understand how to control the jets and how to maintain the water clarity. In addition, Tom also trimmed the sheet of pink insulation that we had placed under the tub while we were waiting for the hot tub to fill. How helpful! There was one small problem with a pillow stud which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. What GREAT service. Thank you!
Thanks for making the warranty repair of our hot tub LCD today easy without any hassle whatsoever - friendly, knowledgeable service. It's after the purchase that the true colours of a company become clear. They follow through and do what they said they would. Great customer service!
Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars...We purchased our hot tub from World of Hot Tubs in 2011, and have experienced nothing but amazing service ever since. The installation of our hot tub in the spot we needed it in our yard was very tricky, and they placed it perfectly. Every interaction since then has been a pleasant experience with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service from everyone we have dealt with. Prices are very fair (we have checked a few times just for comparison, and always purchased from World of Hot Tubs). Recently we had an issue with the control panel, and Christian and Tom went way above and beyond to help us deal with the issue.Wouldn't go anywhere else!

LOVE my plug and play Artesian hot tub from World of Hot Tubs. I was so relieved to not have to spend the money on a gfci box and electrician, and found that over this past winter I had zero problem keeping this tub at 103. The water treatment products that WoHT carry work so much better than the stuff I used in my last hot tub. Easy peasy - never have anything but crystal clear water. (And the water in Cambridge is extremely hard.) The service from these guys was also top notch, from sales through to delivery, installation and after sales support (in the way of 'customer appreciation day' where the treatment products are discounted generously). If I had to make this purchase over again, I would 100% return to WoHT and would not hesitate to go plug and play. Great people, products and service - can't ask for more. Thank you WoHT!!!

I would not go to any other place to buy my next hot tub. I bought a simple plug and play used hot tub and they treated me like I had bought the most expensive model in the store. Christian, Tom and all the team are amazing. I keep going back to the store to buy the chemicals and test my water because it is always a pleasure to be welcome back as a friend that they know by name. I won't lie, petting Christian's gorgeous cat is the best part 😉

This company was referred to me by two close friends, and they didn't disappoint. They took the time to educate me about hot tubs, and help my wife and I decide what was best for us. They went above and beyond with the install and setup of the tub, despite unfavourable weather conditions, and rearranged their schedules on short notice to get us up and running before a weekend.
